Android Question file upload - File.DirRootExternal, "request.xls"

Hello, I downloaded an xls file on the device, but I can not find it when I try to upload it to the app. sure the file.DirRootExternal function, is wrong, try with all the options

workbook1.Initialize (File.DirRootExternal, "request.xls")

If I look for it on the device the file is in the download folder. can you help me how do I find it and can charge it?.

try with content chooser, but I do not know how to take the data to complete the instruction
