Internal error might be an error on Google side, though it can also be a configuration error on your side (I haven't checked your project). Start with a simple banner ad and carefully follow the tutorial.

my ads unit id is right
also test with example unit id that you say in your thread for reward video and banner
i guess problem in my project, please check my project

Please attach export APK file from worked project
I want check export file,maybe my problem from sdk

It is not related to the APK compilation. Make sure to test it on a real, unrooted device.
