Android Question firebase admob - test id gives error 3

Firebase admob dummy id gives error code 3 : No fill error for me. It is a test id , is it normal i am getting error code 3 for this ?

I was using note 3 . Yesterday none of my ios and android apps showed test ads. Today everything is working fine. Maybe there was a problem at that time.

Yes Erel that was the id.

If you use Erel's code for determining Ad height your Ad will not show up on Note 5 and probably on Galaxy 7 and on more similar device.
