Android Question Firebase Messaging

Good morning members i have incorporated fire base messaging (FGM) but some times my sms don't go to reciepients but they show in the log that they have gone what can i do . do i need to pay for this kind of messaging so that my clients get them. Please help me out iam on spark Plan

If you see them in the app logs then they have been received.

FCM is free.
