First app... some errors.

Working on my first app that contains code snips
from examples in this forum & help files. It runs
fine on the IDE and compiled without errors.

When I run the exe on the device, the form loads
and works so-so. When I tap on some controls/buttons
i receive the following error:

An error occurred on sub_main_openport_click (varies w/control)

An error message cannot be displayed because an optional
resource assembly containing it cannot be found.
Continue?

It's been 10+ years since I've done anything in VB
so I'm going to have to relearn this stuff all over.
