Android Question First time developer advice needed

I've never done any developing and know very little. But I am very interested in the field and really want to learn.

By buying the b4a, will I be able to create an android app with little or no knowledge or where do I start?

As Erel has said start with the beginner's guide. Make some basic apps first then work your way up from there.
