iOS Question Floating application

I saw that it is possible in iOS to have floating applications like in Android.
Android uses the Draw On App permission, but I haven't found any documentation for iOS.

Can anyone tell me where to find the documentation? Maybe I searched for the wrong terms?

Has anyone already tried b4i?

I'm not 100% sure but I think that it is something specific for video chats.
