Android Question floor plan app

Hello,
I'd like to create an app, where a giant floor plan is shown (zoom in/out and scroll) and the user can add notes on certain points (inside a textfield) of the plan.

Because I'm a beginner, I don't really know where to start.

Can anyone point me to some similar projects? Thanks.
