FMOD 3 programmers API

Hello.I follow the link in the FMOD help file and fail to find FMOD 3 Programmers API. There is FMOD ex Programmers API which is definately not the right one.
Has it disappeared from that site along with FMODce.dll?
...Or maybe I'm missing something?
