Android Question Folder Created by APP is not showing in media browser

Hi

I have created folder like this

Sub MakeFolderDirRootExtarnal
    Dim TargetFolder1 As String = File.DirRootExternal
  
    If File.Exists(TargetFolder1,Newname) = False Then File.MakeDir(TargetFolder1,Newname)
    Starter.StorageFld  = TargetFolder1&"/"&Newname
    If File.Exists(Starter.StorageFld ,"Images") = False Then File.MakeDir(Starter.StorageFld ,"Images")
    If File.Exists(Starter.StorageFld ,"Documents") = False Then File.MakeDir(Starter.StorageFld ,"Documents")
    If File.Exists(Starter.StorageFld ,"Videos") = False Then File.MakeDir(Starter.StorageFld ,"Videos")
    If File.Exists(Starter.StorageFld ,"AppAsset") = False Then File.MakeDir(Starter.StorageFld ,"AppAsset")

End Sub

Info download in each folder is done.
the images/videos/documents folder contents are not part of media browser as in the case of WhatApp. where I am doing mistake.

(edit) as pointed out by Star-Dust, there must be media files inside the given folders so I suppose that after creating them they are populated with files
