Do Forum emails get formatted as HTML? If not, can we get that changed. Please?

That is unfortunate. I know that other forums using vBulletin do have this feature, maybe it's another module?

It is possible that they use a custom module.

The problem with the forum emails is while they "don't support HTML" they keep sending HTML as plain text. Any email I get from the forum that contains more than text (Has Code Blocks or Quotes) is all HTML tags as plain text making it very difficult to gain anything from it.

Yes, I have the same problem. Hence the reason for my original post.

Ok, so the other forum uses vBulletin 3.8.4. Maybe that is the issue.

Erel, is there any chance of an upgrade? The full version 5 seems a steal at only $249 (with the opportunity to use 4.2 instead if you wish).

vBulletin 5 is not really a step forward.
v4.2 does offer some small improvements however as this forum script has quite a lot of modifications (including the custom search engine which is 100 times better than vBulletin search feature) there are currently no plans to upgrade it.
