I think it is normal, as I log out sometimes or do cleaning of cache, history etc. of browser.
When I login again, it asks for push notification, so it is normal.

Yes, well, I didn't logout. I was just browsing the site.

It is normal.. every ~30 days.. if you check remember me.. and have authenticator
