Forum slow/down?

The forum is slow right now and was down some minutes. Other sites worked. Was there a problem?

I don't see anything in the server logs. I guess that it was a temporary glitch...

Hi. I have 16 seconds of delay on the forum since last night (at times) never encountered these delays on the forum before.
On other sites ok.After 20 seconds and more I have the message as in the picture
