iOS Question FTP Upload error

Sorry for m questions but I'm locked....

I need to sent ana image to a server FTP
I saved image (appo.jpg) in File.Dirdocuments
Then i try upload.
This is the code:

Nothing for B4I.

Cod Errore: 0 - Error writing to stream: The operation couldn’t be completed. (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 200.)

I tried to change Server
I tried to change File
I tried to change Path
Nonthing in the forum nothing in internet.....

Nothing works.... I'm locked
Someone can help me?

Thanks Erel,
but I have B4I 2.0
I have a real device (IOS 7.2.1) connected to the internet
I have a compile error with #ATSEnabled: False (Attribute not supported: atsenabled)

I updated to 3.6 version of B4I (near 70 euro) and I disabled ATS (#ATSEnabled: False on Project Attributes)
but i have same error.

I'm almost disperate....
