Android Question Gallery refresh in 4.4

There is a problem in android ver. 4.4 that when a new image or video is created the gallery is not refreshed to show this new file.
I found this application in google play to do the job ! https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tristarapps.tools.galleryrefresh
Is there a way to do it by b4a ?
The videos I record using Audio library are not shown in the Gallery, only after device boot.
