iOS Question Geolocation - Resolve Address

[RVP]

When I use ResolveAddress I never seem to get more than one result returned. In most cases this is simply the closest place to my current address. But I would expect that if I use only a partial address, for example without a city, region country etc, that I should get a list of matches. Is there some sort of special format I should be using for the address I am passing?
