Android Question Geolocation

I'm developing a web geolocation system , similar to whats app:

I developed this interface that uses a webview:

Is first loaded the webview , its location and will be returned the next locations. How do I create a geolocation system in the application ?

Has anyone seen or has something?

Not sure if I well understand the question. Do you mean getting the location ? If yes, search for fusedlocation in the forum.
