Android Question Get Lat/Long and convert to string

Hi guys!

I need to be able to grab the mobile user's lat/long position from their phones, and be able to package it into a string. Can anyone help me do this?

I also need the same, but without using gps at all, only bi wifi and/or 3g connection...

Thanks for the reply erel, but i think i tried them all, and none seems to work as expected, the only one it worked was BGCellLocation, but it doesn't do 3g, but it was the only one it really worked as expected with wifi, 2g and no gps...
