Android Question Get services running or process

Hello, I'm having trouble getting the name of an application.

I tried to use some examples from the forum with the GET_TASK Permission
But nothing works.

I need to get the name of the process or application that was recently opened, I'm creating a project for the blind and when the person opens an application it will tell which application was opened.

This will be useful if any application opens outside the talkback.

I think something like this works:

Get the name of the services that are running and stop so I can do what I want.

it does only work in old android versions.

I still can not, it is returning me messages like "{}", some different.
