Android Question getting focus back

hi

how can i get the focus back when the app is gone to the background
for example i'm in the middle of something in the app then the phone rang and the app is now in the background
i want to bring it back to foreground say after X seconds (very much like waze)

is there a way to do that ?

In that case it is expected to happen automatically when the phone app closes.

i don't care if the phone call is still on - i want it to resume anyhow to the app say after 15 seconds
