give apk howto

Hi all, how can give my app (.apk) to a friends ? .apk is in Objects folder ok, but how can my friend install it ?

Email, Dropbox, USB
Transfer it to his sdcard anyway and just run the file from there using ESFileExplorer, Astro or any other filemanager

Remember to tell them:
Settings>Applications>Unknown sources (yes)

Or simply put the apk-file on a webserver.
Than your friend can download and install it by entering the URL in the browser.
