Android Question Google AdMob - Disable publishing

Hello, I would like to know the experience of people with this problem.

I just received an email from Google Admob complaining about:
"Interstitial ads that appear before or after the application has been opened."

I think it's because I've put an Interstitial ad when the application closes, but I think it's a normal use ... since in many apps this is so.

Anyone know more about this?

no. Google does not expect this happen. The users does not expect this too.
The other app-authors will get a mail from google too i guess.

What is the best time to show an interstitial? I thought that closing the app was correct.

I thought it was a common practice to show the interstitial at the end of the app.
