Android Question Google Map getting voice as text

Is there any way to get the google voice navigation call back from google map app?

Wat I need is that I need to get that left right voice messages as text to my background service

I know it sounds bad ,I just need some info ...

I need to create an app which reads google maps navigation voice messages like "head west to newyork" messages.then i have to use my own tts or something to make that text to speech.

You can read notifications with the NotificationsListener library.
