Android Question Google Maps (just show a certain place)

is it possible to show only the map of a specific place in google maps?

You can disable the map movement and show any place you like.

but when I zoom in I have to use the map movement.
is there any other way?

edit: Can we keep the map constant at certain latitudes and longitudes? ..

You can change the camera position in the CameraChange event and move it back if it is outside of the desired region.
