Android Question google play device not compatible with this version

I have tested my app on 6 different devices (tablets phones - diferent Adroids version etc.) - everything work on all devices. - distribution by APK (B4a bridge - file download etc.)

But one tablet with android 7 when I tried to install it from gplay get from google play (beta testing) this message that the device is not compatible with this version.

Does the table provide GPS? Does it provide Phonecalls?

GPS yes, phonecalls I think not... what is the workaround ? : )

There is no workaround. The required features due to your manifestsettings are that the device must have GPS, must have telephony.
Remove the telephony requirement

Equally If I remove GPS from the manifest will app work then also on devices without GPS ? If I solve all possible exceptions and the flow of the app ?
