Android Question Google Play Services and SRT Privacy Inspector

Hi all,
I have serveral apps in the google play store and there is one guy, who is giving me bad ratings because he analysis the apps with the SRT Privacy Inspector, which is saying that the apps are using Google Analytics and Google Admob. In fact the apps are using Google Maps and the google play services. Is there a possibilty to prevent this, like a compiling option, an entry in the manifest or something like this?

Any hints are very appreciated
