Android Question Google Play Services are updating (permanent on google maps screen after restart tablet)

I have an application that uses Google Maps .
Starting from the last week , when a tablet is restarted (after turned off) I get the message "Google play services are updating" on the upper left portion of the screen and the map does not show (white screen).
When an action is performed , that has to do with google map , The program crashes with a message that google map is not initialised. To solve the problem I must deactivate google play services and go to the factory version. And this is causing problem to other Google apps.
Any ideas?

The application was working without any problems.
It is constructed based on all these .
I also put this new sub CheckForGooglePlayServices but it doesn't make any difference.
If I go to settings/apps/google play services/storage/manage space/clear all data then
all is working again.
Strange behaviour and started a week ago(more or less) .
Is it something new from Google that may causing it?
