Android Question GooglePlayBilling Warning Play Store

Hi,
After put an app using GooglePlayBilling ( 1.10 ) Play Store it gives me the following warning message:

We have found that this app is using an outdated version of Google Play Billing. By 1 November 2021,
all app updates must use version 3 or later of the Billing Library.
Upgrade to version 3 of the Billing Library by this date.

He suggests viewing this link for more information: https://android-developers.googleblog.com/2020/06/meet-google-play-billing-library.html

Is a library problem that is not update or a wrong Play Store message (the app is already written with version 3 if i'm not mistaken) ?

Not sure why you see this message. The GooglePlayBilling is based on v3.0.1 of the SDK.

Just got the same warning
Warning
We've detected that this app is using an old version of Google Play Billing. By November 1, 2021, all app updates must use Billing Library version 3 or newer. Update to Billing Library 3 before this date. Learn More about Billing Library 3.

I see the same warning, and I think this is the first time I've had this warning.
I switched to your new internal GooglePlayBilling before Xmas (from the older InAppBilling3).

2 hours at most for google play if update but not sure for new apps

3 days for new app in beta test (italy)

Your app is paid or free?
I get the same message when I release a paid app.
If I put a free app (with in-app purchases) I don't see this warning.
