Android Question Got en email from Google with "Updates to Google Play Policies"

I got an email from Google saying:

We’re introducing policy updates that need your attention. You’ll have 30 days from the issuance of this notification to comply with the following changes:

{Long list of changes}

Is this a generic message sent to all developers, or does it specifically mean that my app needs an update?

I actually think it's generic since the changes don't look relevant for my app, I just want to be sure.

Have a look at your apps in Console (https://play.google.com/console). I don't recall receiving an email but I have some warnings in Console against some of my apps relating to these upcoming changes.

There is nothing in the console so I guess it is just a general policy update.
