hi Erel,

to make things simpeler for me, I opti-compile your code GPS4PPC in net2.
get the message 'InvalidCastException in Sub GPS_GPSDecoded'.
What will it say, what do you think I must change in that Sub?

I've updated the GPS4PPC source file and it now works properly.
The problem was that the struct named 'll' was not declared as a double variable and was later assigned a double array:

ll() = Converter.ChangeDatum(...)

The solution is to change the declaration to:

Dim Type(Lat,Lon) ll As Double
