Bug? Graphical issues in 3.00

Anyone else having problem with the "tooltip" in the GUI? (Small characters and black background, see attachment)

I'm running Win 8.1 and I think this issue came with the upgrade from Win 8 but I'm not sure...

I've tested it with Windows 8 and it looks correctly. Have you changed the system theme?

Do others running Windows 8.1 see this black tooltip?

No I haven't by my self but something happend with the current theme during update...... changed it for another and now all B4A text is back. I now realise that people that say "don't change things that are not broken" are right ;-)
Strange that I haven't seen this behaviour in other applications as I work with quite a few and the application I made in VB.NET I don't see this issue even if I'm using "tooltips"

I think I have similar problem but saw it with color picker. I had this on windows 8 and now the same with windows 8.1. I have a Haswell based laptop.
