Graphics help needed for Play store icon and banners

Hi all,
I suck at graphics and I need to find some people who can help me in designing a good icon and some play store banners.
It is a fairly small job, but I am rather picky in style.
Anyway, this isnt a paid job, I cannot afford to pay you (yet), but if it works out we can think about ways to help each other out.
