Android Question GUI, menu and navigation drawer - recommended learning order

Hi.

First, I am a beginner with B4A and I am trying to work out the best learning order to learn creating the ui.

I keep seeing Appcompat, B4XDrawer and the Material Design tutorials (1 -4) as areas of learning but don't know which I should focus on first. With the superceding of some older libraries and/or recommended replacements it does make things confusing for a beginner.

Is the StdActionBar still worth learning?

Can someone recommend the best learning order please. Help is appreciated.

Is the StdActionBar still worth learning?

No.

I wouldn't start with AppCompat.

You should start with learning the visual designer concepts. Either from the video tutorials or the programming guide.
