Android Question GUI suggestions please

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but couldn't see anywhere better.

When it comes to style or flare well I just don't have any imagination.
I'm looking for suggestions to modernise or make this part of my app look better.

A little background. This app is for Automotive Locksmiths. It lists picking tools and helps them to get the most from them.

Attached is a screen shot showing the list of tools and the keyway they support.
The users chooses the tool they want and move onto other parts of the app.
This is the most boring looking app you will ever see.

I'm looking for a fresh approach to letting the user choose their desired tool. Yet it must be compact as there are around 80 tools.

I am not a graphics myself so I cannot help but since it seems like an Android app, it would be better you if you posted in the B4A question section where many readers of the forum can see your question. This section, B4R, is wrong in my opinion since I cannot see the connection with B4R.
