Android Question Has anyone created and installed webOS apps?

WebOs is a Linux-derived operating system that I found in LG (and other) smart TVs. I checked that it is very open and there is even a develore kit. If anyone has managed to install b4x apps on this OS, could you tell me how you did it?

or a Java environment?
It looks pretty difficult
