As I understand it, I should have received a five-character hosted builder user id when I purchased B4i plus hosted builder the other day.
I didn't receive that. I did get two emails but no sign of the hosted builder user id.
I've emailed support@basic4ppc.com a couple of times over the last several days, but no results.
Is there a better way to get the user id? I can't get going without it.
