I am looking for an nfc HCE library. I would like the phone to act as a loyalty card (I would enter the string to pass) and it would communicate with a standard usb nfc reader. This is my first time doing this, so I am not sure what a fair $ would be. Please respond with what you feel is fair to complete the project.
