Help Adding Library to Desktop

I am trying to copy the bList Libary into my list of libraries. I tried copying the blist.dll to:

c:\Program Files\Anywhere Software\Basic4ppc Desktop\Libraries

but, I am getting an error indicating I need Administrator access. How do I get around this error?

Also, for newbie's like me running Vista. You may have to change the permissions on the Library folder. I also had to click the help file from the Library folder so that I could turn-off a request for permission everytime I looked at the help file. The symptom of this problem is that the help file is blank when viewed from Basic4ppc.
