Android Question Help , the emulator dont show the button

hi all, I have this problem when i press the play button , the emulator not show me the button i dont speak english , but i put images for understand me
here is the first image in the emulator show me the button

in this second image when i press the play button , the emulator dont show me the button what i made

in Sub Globals make sure you have: DIM Button1 as Button.
or right-click on the button in designer and go down to "Generate", then click on the upper line DIM Button1....etc.

You didn't load the layout file.

You should call:

Activity.LoadLayout("Button")
