iOS Question help!today my ipad update to v10.2,the udp send data error

today my ipad update to v10.2, my app cannot send udp data,
show message "send data error" ,before update ,my app is normal
how can i do ?

dim UDPSocket1 As UDPSocket
UDPSocket1.Initialize("UDP", 1200, 5000)
Dim Packet As UDPPacket
    Dim Data() As Byte
    Dim strCmd As String=strWrite
    Data = strCmd.GetBytes("UTF8")
    Packet.Initialize(Data, m_CheckIP, m_CheckPort)
    UDPSocket1.Send(Packet)
