Android Question Help Using application Walkie Talkie

I already download walkie talkie. i tried walkie talkie application using bluetooth and work fine. but when i use wifi i got trouble. i have two sony experia E. i installed on both of this device. one of sony experia E already activated using tethering mode. another sony experia E successfull connected. but i have ip address both of sony experia E 127.0.0.1. how to configure wifi sony experia E to ip address 192.168.0.1 and another sony experia E 192.168.0.2 using port 5500. operating system using android jelly bean. can anyone help to set wifi both device. thanks.

127.0.0.1 means that the device didn't receive an IP address. The problem is with the wifi tethering configuration.

The problem is with finding the correct IP addresses. Try to get the IP address in the device settings menu.

I already set IO address using static mode. i set my IP address 192.168.0.1 and save the configuration however when i use walkie-talkie application, i read my IP address not 192.168.0.1 but 192.168.43.1 what happened? can anyone help to setup wifi IP address? thanks

You can try to "ping" the other device with an app such as this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.qwapp.android.netping&hl=en

This will help you with finding the correct IP address.
