Other Hide item as panel when editing inside designer

Hi !
Is there a way to hide an item as a panel when editing inside the designer ?
i've a lot of overlapped panels (10) with labels and edittext (i hide or display them next into my code) on the same bal file.

Have you tried to bring the hidden panel on top and or send the top panel to the back.
Another solution is to have a layout file for each panel, you can load several layout files at the same time.

It is a question of feeling.
For a few panels up to 3 or 4 one layout file could be fine. Foe more panels I prefer one file per panel.
It's clearer, easier to maintain and you don't need to load all at the same time.
