Android Question High resolution GPS Android devices?

GPS on Android phone is limited to 1Hz updates.
Professional GPS devices can reach 10Hz update rate.
Is there any Android device (maybe a rugged or on-the-field device) that can have the same resolution?

When not travelling at constant speed in constant direction: yes.

A lot can change in one second.
