iOS Question Hosted builder renewal

Hi Guys
I renewed my Hosted Builder 3 days ago and paid with card and received a receipt for the payment.

However, I have not yet received the access information - tried to email Erel (about 2 days ago) but still no response.

Does anyone know what is going on, in the past Erel has always been quick to respond - I hope everything is OK?

Solution
All emails are responded in less than 24 hours (with the exception of the weekend). If you didn't receive a reply then the email was probably blocked or flagged as spam. Contact me with a private message if that happens.
