Android Question [Hotspot] If I turn off my computer's WiFi?

Hello,
I'm in the process of creating my own Wi-Fi Hotspot between the two devices.
I provide an internet connection via an access point on my phone.
Then I connect the computer to it via the WiFi network. When both devices are properly connected with each other, everything is OK.
What if I turn off my computer's WiFi? I would like to have feedback on the phone about this event.
Advise me on how to do it efficiently.

All the while I am using mobile hotspot. If you turned off the WiFi from your computer, you should turn off the hotspot in your phone to save battery power.

I'm more interested in handling this event automatically in the program so that I don't have to do it manually. I guess it can't be that way ...
