I have several apps already published but this time, I have a problem I have not had before:
I am trying to submit a new app for publication.
I have already filled in all of the information required to submit an app that can be done before the APK is uploaded.
After much time and effort expended, I see no button to click or link to take to actually upload the APK.
Where? How? What am I missing that seems so obvious to everyone else.
Help!
I am trying to upload an APK. Why are you requesting one of the screenshots?
How can I upload an APK.?
The site(s) where I provide information about the new app don't show the procedure to upload the APK.
Thank you, Erel, for your reply.
I was able to take the path to "Create Release" helped by your reply. (see attachment).
Where do I go from here to upload my APK?
I finally found a path to the point where I can drop the APK file.
When I attempt that, however, I get an error message (attached).
Signing and package naming is now a mystery to me. I think earlier versions of B4A had menu items for that.
How can I set these and then, upload my APK?
I understand that but I need to know HOW to change the package name, perhaps, the signing as well.
In early versions of B4A, it was clear: menu items pointed to these; I used com.wdd.something.
Please bear with me ... I am almost there!
Thank you for your response. I will (re) that as you suggested. The problem may be different than I think.
Please see the attachment which may suggest an immediate solution.
B4A does not support Android App Bundle.
You can just skip that. It will not prevent you from uploading a app.
Additionally: The bottom Message is CLEAR!
You DID NOT follow my suggestion to change the Packagename even if you asked how. You are still using b4a.example.
