In normal title you cannot use that. This "button" (or label) is part of the stdActionbar. You can use this library.
You can use also other librarys (ahactionbar for ex).
Or you build your own actionbar.

The "Arrow" is not a standard behaviour...

I did not want to use the stdActionbar only to have the arrow
