How can I imitate a phone call or sending a text message to the emulator phone in B4A for testing purpose?

I recall the time when we were programming with Visual Basic in .NET we could do that in order to test the app...

I want to see how my app behaves during the phone calls (it will change some dialogs' design or the layout, etc.). I can test with my device, but I have only one while there are so many different ones in the market. If we can imitate - artificially "create" - a phone call to emulator, we can test with much more devices.

It seems to me that you know every thing

Actually I tried as per their guideline, but could not configurate out how they can type "telnet" and execute in the root driver C:\

It returned me with an error of course --> "telnet" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

I am trying to understand what they are saying...:sign0144: Have you tried it before (I meant the call simulation)?

Telnet is not installed on Windows 7. Google for this, there are ways to install this program.
