Android Question How can i up panels and show items of list from custom view

I've two panels and when i do ScrollChanged down i wanna up the panel where belong the CustomList , already i do it, but the items of CustomList don't show them.
the height of CustomList don't grow.
If don't understand tell me for attach the zip here
