It is not possible directly from B4A.

Setup a JRDC2 (and run it on your server) which connects to the DB using their ODBC driver.
Use a RDC Client in android to connect to your jRDC2. jRDC2 connects to the db, get the data and return it to b4a.

There are many examples based on jtds. You just need to replace sqlserver with sybase in the JdbcUrl string.
